[i]Barbie and Ruth[/i] is published by Harper Collins, copyright 2009, and is only available in hardcover at present. [i]Toy Monster[/i] is published by Wiley, John & Sons, copyright 2009, and is also only available in hardcover at present. [i]Forever Barbie[/i] is published by Walker & Company, copyright 2004 (there was also a 1994 edition), and is available in hardcover and paperback. All of these books are available online at Borders.com, BarnesandNoble.com and Amazon.com. I assume that you could also find them at your local Borders or Barnes & Noble. I am a doll collector of many different dolls and I also try to refurbish them as good as I can. I go to thrift and garage sales to see what I find.
