The doll that most reflects me is my nrfb 1989 Wet 'N Wild Barbie. I know that she is just a playline doll, but my first Barbie was a 1989 Wet 'N Wild Barbie and she went through life with me. I mean I played with her in childhood, I cut and "dyed" her hair when I was at my "punk" phase of being a teen, and I believe I still have her packed away somewhere. So I jumped at the chance to get one NRFB. I have a pretty extensive doll collection, but I guess the other reason this doll is one that reflects me is because I really feel that everyone should remain a child at heart. Your soul begins to die when you let your heart grow old. - Christy

I remember exactly where I was, how I felt, and what I was wearing when I got my first Barbie doll. She is still with me today. She's not in perfect condition because she was played with and loved, but she was the most perfect toy I ever got. I think it might have been the most perfect gift ever. She let me pretend and be things I wasn't in real life, and that was special. - Bette

The doll that I have that most reflects me is my Tammy doll. I have had it since I can remember. My mother didn't approve of Barbie. She thought she was too mature for me, so I was given a Tammy. Tammy was not as glamorous, not as popular, not as sexy! She was more level headed and the girl next door. That's what I am! Still level headed and the grandma next door. - Marlene

The doll I identify with the most and absolutely cherish is Kassie ... a Tonner Doll Co. souvenir from the Modern Doll Collectors Convention. She wears a tough and sexy, yet sweet, mini-skirt/leather jacket/tights/embroidered boots combo. I look at her and see strength, guts and independence, as well as mesmerizing feminine beauty. - Kaley Halverson
