Buy brand viagra Even though it may seem awkward to talk with your doctor about erectile dysfunction, go in for an evaluation. Problems getting or keeping an erection can be a sign of a health condition that needs treatment, such as heart disease or poorly controlled diabetes. Treating an underlying problem may be enough to reverse your erectile dysfunction. The following are treatments for erectile dysfunction: Working with doctors to select medications that do not impair erectile function Making life style improvements (for example, quitting smoking and exercising more), Taking drugs to treat ED such as sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra) or tadalafil (Cialis), Inserting medications into the urethra (intraurethral suppositories), Injecting medications into the corpora cavernosae (intracavernosal injections) What about psychological therapy? Experts often treat psychologically based impotence using techniques that decrease anxiety associated with intercourse. The patient's partner can help apply the techniques, which include gradual development of intimacy and stimulation. Such techniques also can help relieve anxiety when physical impotence is being treated. If these simple behavioral methods at home are ineffective, referral to a sex counselor may be advised. viagra online canadian viagra online cialis online in australia buy cialis How Do Sexual Problems Affect Men? The most common sexual problems in men are ejaculation disorders, erectile dysfunction and inhibited sexual desire. What Doctors Treat ED? The type of medical specialist who treats ED will depend on the cause of the problem. Based on your family's medical history as well as your own medical history and current health, your doctor may treat you with oral medications such as Viagra or similar drugs. If this fails, he or she may refer you to a urologist or psychologist. Substance abuse: Marijuana, heroin, cocaine, methamphetamines, crystal meth, and alcohol abuse contribute to erectile dysfunction. Alcoholism, in addition to causing nerve damage, can lead to atrophy (shrinking) of the testicles and lower testosterone levels. In a setting of a previous pelvic trauma, X-rays may be performed to assess various bony abnormalities. Ultrasound of the penis and testicles is done occasionally to check for testicular size and structural abnormalities. Ultrasound with Doppler imaging can provide additional information about blood flow of the penis. Rarely, an angiogram may be performed in cases in which possible vascular surgery could be beneficial. buy levitra online singapore levitra online
