Cialis without rx

Cialis without rx Drug therapy for erectile dysfunction: One drug in particular, sildenafil (‘Viagra’), has become an international phenomenon since its launch in the late 1990s because it’s one of the first drugs to offer a relatively simple safe drug treatment that helps the majority of men with erectile dysfunction – at least 70 per cent report improved erections. The drug does not directly give a man an erection but it works by boosting the natural mechanism that leads to an erection. When a man is sexually aroused, certain tissues in his penis relax, allowing blood to flow in and fill the penis. Viagra helps by elevating the levels of the chemical that causes the tissues to relax. These effects were discovered accidentally. The drug was originally developed to improve blood supply to the heart in angina sufferers. Men with a rare heart condition known as long QT syndrome should not take vardenafil since this may lead to abnormal heart rhythms. The QT interval is the time it takes for the heart's muscle to recover after it has contracted. The QT interval is measured with an electrocardiogram (EKG). Some people have longer than normal QT intervals, and they may develop potentially life-threatening abnormal heart rhythms, especially when given certain medications. Since long QT syndrome can be inherited, men with a family history of long QT syndrome should not take vardenafil. Furthermore, vardenafil is not recommended for men who are taking medications that can affect the QT interval such as quinidine (Quinaglute, Quinidex), procainamide (Pronestyl; Procan-SR; Procanbid), amiodarone (Cordarone), and sotalol (Betapace). Sexual Problems in Men:While research suggests that sexual dysfunction is common (43% of women and 31% of men report some degree of difficulty), it is a topic that many people are hesitant to discuss. Fortunately, most cases of sexual dysfunction are treatable, so it is important to share your concerns with your partner and doctor. How Do Sexual Problems Affect Men? The most common sexual problems in men are ejaculation disorders, erectile dysfunction and inhibited sexual desire. viagra in india online viagra online vardenafil levitra online buy levitra online Penile injections: The injection of drugs such as alprostadil directly into the tissues of the penis to trigger an erection was more common before the advent of new drugs such as sildenafil. The drugs relax muscles and increase blood flow to create an erection. They are also available as pellets to insert in to the urethra (the opening at the tip of the penis). Sildenafil (Viagra) was the first oral phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor approved by the FDA in the United States for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (it is not approved for women). Sildenafil inhibits PDE5, which is an enzyme that destroys cGMP. By inhibiting the destruction of cGMP by PDE5, sildenafil allows cGMP to accumulate. The cGMP in turn prolongs relaxation of the smooth muscle of the corpora cavernosa. Relaxation of the corpora cavernosa smooth muscle allows blood to flow into the penis resulting in increased engorgement of the penis. In short, sildenafil increases blood flow into the penis and decreases blood flow out of the penis. Erectile dysfunction can occur if one or more of these requirements are not met. DOLLS Sponsors Colliii Awards
DOLLS magazine is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the 2010 Colliii Awards. “The Colliii Awards is an international competition whose aim is to bring the doll world closer together and promote doll art from around the world,” says James Carlsson, director of international relations for www.colliii.com. “Some countries are newer to dollmaking than others, but this doesn’t mean that their artists are less talented. Through the Colliii Awards, dollmakers and artists have the chance to promote themselves on a worldwide level.”
Slated to begin in early July, everyone who votes earns a chance at winning the prizes donated by sponsors. This year categories will be added to include more one-of-a-kind dolls, including fantasy dolls and lifelike scale-replicas of people, as well as ethnic  reborn baby dolls.
The Web site, www.colliii.com, is a multi-language online portal for dollmakers and collectors to find out more about the doll world in their own language. Currently, it is translated into English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian.
